RPT’s staff is comprised of professional programmers, CAD and GIS technicians and information system specialists.

GeoPlan is RPT's proprietary municipal data management software that delivers a full range of municipal GIS applications. GeoPlan includes modules for resident call-in processing, property data management, permitting and inspections, code enforcement, zoning, roads and pavement management, and sanitary system management. GeoPlan makes it easy for users to produce maps and generate reports and work orders. GeoPlan is fully compatible with ESRI's desktop GIS products, and fully integrates the office productivity tools in Microsoft Office.
